She's All That! Natasha Kyssa of Simply Raw!

Natasha Kyssa is the author of "The SimplyRaw Living Foods Detox Manual" and owner of SimplyRaw. She has created the SimplyRaw Detox program, which is taking 28 days to help detoxify the body and nourish it with fresh plant foods.

Natasha has been a raw vegan for 21 years now and says her skin, her weight, and her energy have definitely seen the benefits of this healthy lifestyle. She has found the direct connection between health and beauty and believes "we are what we eat". As a former international model, Natasha struggled with depression and eating disorders. She remembers how poorly she felt before making these changes to her life. Now living a raw vegan lifestyle, running and meditating daily, she has truly transformed her life!

Natasha works on many projects including writing a second book, writing articles, helping clients, detox groups, food classes, community events, and presentations. She says the most rewarding part of her profession is helping people empower themselves. She sees them take control of their health, make positive dietary and lifestyle changes, and feel good physically, emotionally, and spiritually! When designer Suzanne Wyman met Natasha, she was inspired by her work and her lifestyle choices. She has now began on the journey of the SimplyRaw program!
